Rehab for what? Drug/Alcohol? If so, yes it is actual rehab but the patient should be at a certain level before doing outpatient rehab. Residential is much better if you have not not detoxed and become sober yet, and then outpatient should follow that in my opinion.

Forty days clean, I’m home on Saturday and Sunday afternoons now. I can honestly say that my rehab feels more like home then my parents house does. I don’t know what I’m going to do when I come back. I’ve made friends that will be in my life forever- and the strength in our relationships make my old ones look so insignificant.

I’m happy, really happy.

P.S. I took this with my phone. Fuck, I miss my camera. Still stuck in the clutches of my old lifestyle and all the sick people that dwell there.

Yes, outpatient rehab is actual rehab, but a person should reach a certain level before doing outpatient. Inpatient rehab is important to start with, but once you are feeling more confident in your ability to abstain from drugs, alcohol, etc., you could try outpatient.

I think it is best to go inpatient. You need to get away from your bad influences.
The people in rehab are all in the same situation and their is a synergy and bond that forms.
Check out Clarity Way they take a holistic approach to rehab. Also, I’m not sure if you need it but their phone number is 1-877-251-6604
