Here’s a little marketing lesson for you…

So think about it. If you’re a seller who desperately needs to sell your house, what do you do? You go to Google and type in something like “sell my house fast Charlotte NC“.
Go ahead and type that in, check out the #1 website. Now THAT GUY knows what he’s doing. I don’t know who owns that website, by the way, but it’s a good “squeeze” page designed to capture leads. (More on squeeze pages later…)
The bottom line is that Google is the new Yellow Pages, and if you want these desperate sellers contacting YOU, you need to be there when they’re looking for help.
Remember also that real estate is a LOCAL business, and Google serves up LOCAL websites whenever it thinks it’s relevant (like in that Charlotte example).
