Freddie Mac reported that the Single-Family serious delinquency rate in February was at 0.98%, down from 0.99% in January.  Freddie’s rate is down from 1.26% in February 2016. ISM Manufacturing index increased to 53.2 in June

ISM Manufacturing index increased to 53.2 in June

The ISM manufacturing index indicated expansion for the fourth consecutive month in June, following five months of contraction. The PMI was at 53.2% in June, up from 51.3% in May.
